Sheherzaad Ke Naam – شہرزاد کے نام

SHERZAD KAY NAAM is the book of short-stories by Intizar Hussain which contains stories which were written in the decade of 2000 and in the same decade he departed from this world. Stories in this book are the last written by him. Though being the last but these stories are not in anyway least or repetition of his earlier work.
This is one of the most beautiful book by Intizar Hussain having some of his representative stories like MORNAMA, SHERZAD KI MOUTH, BANDRO KA QISSA.
One of the unique thing in this book is a story or a series of stories of Kalila And Damna (which are two Jackals). Plots of these 4 stories travel around these two characters telling their stories in different sigments, some brilliant allegories are used to express some modern issues.
There are many other wonderful stories in this book. I loved it and suggests every reader to go for it.
